You guys are very welcome! It's my pleasure.  Wink

*drops bar of yummy delicious gourmet chocolate*

Is that super rare and hard to obtain? I want it.

Actually, there were a few more copies of it available at the store I went to. It's this neat place called Kinokuniya Bookstore... lemme get you guys a link.  Smiley

www.kinokuniya.com

You can search this place in English or Japanese-- they should have it available. Look under the San Jose store. Smiley

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you guys... I asked Kinokuniya if they had any Ayami Kojima stuff and they said they didn't currently, but that she has an ARTBOOK coming out sometime soon (possibly later this year!), they're just waiting for it to get published, but it's listed!!!

My brother-in-law said he'd check back with the store on a regular basis to let me know when they've got it in. I'm so excited!!!  Grin

Hey everyone... I'm back from San Jose with an awesome treasure: the "Yaso: Vampire" artbook. It features the art pieces of each of the artists from the event, with one of them being Ayami Kojima. It's soft-cover, and the printing of the pages is extremely high quality, with glossy paper.
I've decided to scan her art for you guys. There are a few pictures you've all seen before, but also a couple I don't think will be familiar to anybody. Aside from the art, there is an interview with her and an overview of her art career, but it's all in Japanese so I can't read it. Sad But I notice they talk about "Castlevania" and "Dracula X (SotN)" in there. Smiley

Enjoy, everyone.  Wink

I do apologize for the blurring around the edges where the page meets the binding; I refuse to pull the pages out for a completely flat scan.

Raven-kun!!!! We need his help.  Grin

The closest thing we're (and by that, I mean, those who don't live in Japan) going to see to an official artbook is her illustrations in magazines like Comickers and Color Kingdom. Sad, but true.

I wonder if anyone has come to Ms. Kojima with the idea for an artbook? Because I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Since I'm heading to San Jose next week (and I've mentioned this about a thousand-and-one times, but I really can't wait! ^_^'), I thought I might mention a store I'm going to try and visit. Their website sells a lot of neat anime/manga/artbook type items... Including the Shinobu Tanno artbook  Smiley

The art you guys posted are some of my favorite works of art. Raphael, Michelangelo, M.C. Escher and Shirow Masamune are my favorites, aside from Ayami Kojima of course. Smiley

Wow... That's quite a room! I notice you have the CD called "Zelda: The Music"... I have that one as well ^_^
I'll post up a pic as soon as I can of my room, but my collection is rather disappointing, I'm afraid. As soon as I get back from San Jose, however, I may have some worthy things to show...

My first post on the Kojima forum... YAY! I look forward to seeing what this place will become. ^_^
